AGM 2026 · The Yaoundé Assembly
About this event
The 2026 Annual General Meeting — an AGM like never before. Reunions, honours, the unveiling of Vision 2030, and the Cultural Night to close.
Doors open one hour before the programme begins. Delegates, chapter presidents, and their guests are warmly welcome. Formal attire is expected unless otherwise indicated in the programme booklet.
The organising committee, in coordination with the host branch and the National Secretariat, has laid on transport from the designated hotels to the venue on the morning of the event. Details are shared upon confirmation of attendance.
Registration closes 14 days before the event to allow the secretariat to finalise catering, printed materials, and seating.
Chapter delegations
Every branch and diaspora chapter is invited to send a delegation. Details go out via the SG.
Registration
